This sale will be conducted on site here in Johnson City at 1101 Ronald Lane. All guns are being kept off of the auction site until sale morning.
Nobody will be allowed in until 10:00 am. The sale will be conducted by the estate with Kimball Sterling auctioneer (2476) The expert in charge of this sale is Allen Ensor.

Terms: Cash or in-state check from buyers known to us. Out of state bidders must use travelers checks, cash, or a pre-approved bank letter of credit. Rain or shine our tents will be up. We will announce the sale location after the guns have been removed from the site but it is in Johnson City Tennessee.

Gun buying rules for this auction as per FFL.

1. Any gun made in 1898 or before can be sold to anyone attending the auction from any state and they may take the antique with them.jkj

2. Any long gun after 1898 may be sold to anyone including out of state buyers and possesion will take place the day of the auction.

3.Modern Handguns sold to instate bidders will pass directly to the buyer on the day of the sale with no paperwork required. Buyer will take possesion day of sale.

4.Modern Handguns sold to out of state bidders will have to go through a local FFL dealer. They will be shipped to a dealer of your chosing in your state. We have made arrangements with www.alberts-inc.com - 104 W Market St, Johnson City - (423) 926-9461. Please ask for Mark. You will pay for the guns the day of the auction. We will deliver the guns to Alberts and they will contact you the week after the auction.
